John Post – President & CEO

John founded Peregrine Communications in 1985 to address the growing needs and unique requirements of corporations utilizing or exploring communications distribution systems.

John has more than twenty-two years of experience in both engineering and management of Broadband Communications.

Jim Kline – Vice President of Engineering 

Jim has been with Peregrine Communications since 1995. He graduated from Texas A&M with a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering in 1980. He has worked twenty years in the cable television industry holding various positions including Technician, Chief Technician, General Manager, System Engineer and Vice President of Engineering. Jim has worked for independent cable systems, small MSO’s, and US West Advanced Technology.

Garry Southard – Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Garry brings a strong background (20 plus years) in sales, business development and systems integration to Peregrine. He has worked for both Fortune 500 companies and smaller entrepreneurial concerns. Prior to joining Peregrine Communications he held the position of VP, Sales and Marketing for a manufacturer of data acquisition and control systems with responsibilities for worldwide sales and service. He holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from California State University - San Diego, and is a Registered Professional Engineer. He is responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts at Peregrine. 

Steve Sharp – Projects Director

Steve has been with Peregrine Communications since 1999. He has worked fifteen years in the cable television industry holding various positions including Technician, Chief Technician, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Director of Process Development and General Manager. Steve has worked for independent cable systems and Multi-System Operators.

Wesley Goodwin – Director of Systems Engineering

Wes has been with Peregrine Communications since 2001. He graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering in 1980 and minor in Computer Information Systems. He has worked as a Sr. Electrical Engineer working with the Naval Ocean Systems Center and the San Diego Gas and Electric Co. He is currently a member of the National Precision Measurement Society and IEEE. He has worked with Rockwell International as a Sr. Metrology Engineer. He is currently Director of Systems Engineering with Peregrine Communications.

Sharon Holmes-Owens – Inside Sales Manager

Sharon has been a member of Peregrine’s staff for over ten years and has held positions in purchasing, sales and customer service. She is currently responsible for inside sales duties, which, includes coordination of specialized customer requirements, and in house sales incentive programs.

Sheila Henry – Midwest Regional Sales Manager

Sheila began her employment with Peregrine Communications in 1995, servicing clients in the Midwestern Region of the U.S., working from our Illinois sales office. Sheila has been in the telecommunications business for over eighteen years, spending fifteen years with Scientific-Atlanta, with a focus in the Broadband Communications Division.

Bill Lee – Northeast Regional Sales Manager

Bill leads Peregrine's sales efforts in the Northeast Region. He works with
customers in all aspects of the broadband/telecommunication process; from
the identification of needs, to project construction through completion and
beyond. Bill's diverse background brings a multitude of experience to
Peregrine. He worked with utilities and consultants for eight of the last
eleven years, designing systems, developing bid specifications, and managing
projects throughout the Midwest and the Northeastern US. More recently,
Bill worked at Scientific-Atlanta, gaining extensive experience in broadband
networks and services. Bill holds a BSEE from Lehigh University and an EIT.

John McMullen – Southeast Regional Sales Manager

John has been responsible for Peregrine’s sales efforts in the Southeast Region since 2000. Immediately upon graduation from Regis College with a BA Degree, John spent four years of active duty in the US Air Force followed by two years of part time graduate work. For the past 30 years, John has been involved with Professional Sales and Business Management specializing in Technical Markets.
His Territory and Account responsibilities have progressed from local Small Businesses to Nationwide Federal Agencies and Major Corporations.
